Citype es un proyecto donde distintos diseñadores crean tipografías inspiradas en ciudades, en el sitio podrán ver tipografías de ciudades como Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, Helsinki, Londres, Milán, entre otras.
Este es nuestro aporte inspirado en nuestra ciudad.
Montevideo es una ciudad formada mayormente por inmigrantes europeos que generaron una mezcla de influencias gráficas y arquitectónicas, en esa mixtura resalta el art decó. Desde que nacimos, jugamos en la calle sobre nuestras veredas grises de 3x3. La conjunción entre esas dos cosas resulta en nuestra tipografía.

Montevideo is a city populated mainly by European descendants creating a mixture of graphics and architectural styles. In that mix, art deco highlights. Since we were kids we played in the streets on our gray 3-by-3 sidewalks. Our typography is the result of those two things.
